NUMA: How did you become a photographer?
TONY: I started out only taking pictures of my kids. I was pretty good so after I got divorced I thought “let me try taking pictures of adults and see how it goes”. That was about 6 years ago.

NUMA: Where do you draw your inspiration from?
TONY: All over. Media and entertainment. Music. Movies. Other artists and often times, the model themselves.

NUMA/; Do you practice other forms of art as well?
TONY:  I studied theater and dance in college. Not sure if that counts.

NUMA: What are your goals as a photographer in the next 5 years?
TONY: I definitely plan to focus more on video and personal projects. However photography is just a form of expression for me. It will definitely morph and change, but into what I can’t say.

NUMA: Do you have a favorite place to shoot?
TONY: Yes – anywhere warm and beachy haha. But seriously, I live in New York with so amazing locations are everywhere. Anywhere on the street is always fun and an interesting experience for myself and the model.
