You have quite the successful fashion & lifestyle blog! What inspired you to start blogging?

I started blogging about my style because it gave me an opportunity to reach and inspire lots people like me out there. I have always been a fan of runway modeling, I fell in love with it and started trying it out at 16 when I realized that being 5’6 wouldn’t take me to the runways I wanted to walk on, I took to street style and decided to share my style my own way.

How would you describe your style?

I would describe my style as equal parts street style and chic style. I love contemporary style clothing that I can style for a variety of looks. I think what makes my wardrobe is combination of statement pieces with everyday pieces, throwing in patterns and bright colors when I can.

What is your current obsession?

I just did a fashion week roundup post and I fell in love with blazers all over again The oversized blazer look as well as the “masculine’ like silhouette that most fashion girls went for this year was beautiful to see. I love the structured look with the mixing different prints and patterns. But overall, blazers have my heart for the season, 70s style is definitely making a comeback.

What are 3 major goals you want to accomplish in life?

Oh I have a long list of things I want to accomplish. One of my biggest goals would be working with Vogue, it could be for a style feature, guest post, or featuring my fashion collection but I ultimately would like to have Vogue on my resume. I am also passionate about mental health awareness so developing a platform that encourages speaking about and dealing with mental health issues. With all that said, I have confidence I will be successful, I am sure of that, which is why one of my life goals is happiness. To live and love life. I think happiness is important and never goes out of style and if I can live and style happily and inspire others to do so, I think I would have lived a good life.

What keeps you inspired?

Fashion week is a huge inspiration to me. It reminds me that one day I would have my own collections and styles on the runway and that I can’t stop just yet. Knowing that I style for myself and a lot of girls and women around the world is also a big motivator, who and why you do what you do make the difference. For style inspiration, I get inspired by art and color pallets, I just need to get obsessed with a specific color to get me going sometime. I draw inspiration from a lot of places really and I am always open to experimenting with different looks.
